Kowalenko Consulting Group (KCG) professional staff provides contract administration expertise. Engineering and field staff conduct onsite inspections for construction and renovation projects representing client interests. Responsibilities include construction oversight, document management, communication between architects, engineers, and client, scheduling and change orders reviews, and timely submittal of project documents.

• Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) – Construction management and oversight and contract administration including scheduling, documents management, construction oversight for twenty-six stations on the red, blue, and green lines.
• Metra Commuter Rail – Kowalenko Consulting Group, Inc. (KCG) staff provided construction oversight for the renovation of the Beverly Hills Station at 95th Street in Chicago, a historic structure. Responsibilities included managing information and routing documents pertaining to construction and renovation such as schedules, meeting minutes, submittal review and maintaining contact between architects, contractor, and client.
